Privacy Policy

Who is responsible. EntiGuard is run by one individual based in Italy (not a registered company). Contact and data requests: aifucina@gmail.com.

What we collect. (1) Your email address, if you join the waitlist or ask for deadline reminders. (2) The entities you add to the tracker — name, state and, where the state needs it, formation month and year — saved on our server against a random anonymous ID that lives in your browser (there are no accounts or passwords). (3) Anonymous usage counts kept by us: a daily total of how many times each page was opened and of three actions (an entity added, with its state; the checkout button clicked; a calendar file downloaded). They are plain counters: no IP address, cookie or identifier is stored with them, so they cannot be traced back to you, and if your browser sends "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control you are not counted at all. We may also switch on Vercel Web Analytics, which works the same way (aggregate figures, no cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies). Fonts are served from this site, so no font provider receives your IP address. The calendar file you can download is built in your browser and is not sent to us. (4) If you subscribe: the email address you used at checkout and your subscription's status (for example active, cancelled or expired, with its end date), which Lemon Squeezy sends us automatically so we can apply your plan to the tracker whose reminder email matches it.

Reminder emails. Reminders use double opt-in: we send one confirmation email and nothing else until you press the confirm button in it. Every reminder contains an unsubscribe link (and a one-click unsubscribe header for mail apps that support it). Unsubscribing removes your address from our reminder list. Your saved entities stay until you remove them in the tracker or ask us to delete them.

Plans. We use the checkout email and subscription status only to decide which plan applies to your tracker (how many entities it can hold and how many get reminders). We keep them while you're a customer and for as long afterwards as we reasonably need them for support and our own records; you can ask us to delete them at any time.

The waitlist. Waitlist addresses are used only to write to you about EntiGuard, rarely. To be removed, email us and we will delete the address.

Who processes data for us. Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery) and Lemon Squeezy (payments, if you subscribe — they handle your card details; EntiGuard never sees or stores them). These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. We never sell your data.

Legal basis and retention (EU/UK). Your consent (waitlist, reminders) and performance of a contract (using the product once you're a customer). We keep data until you unsubscribe or remove it, ask us to delete it, or it is no longer needed. You can ask for access, correction or deletion at any time by email, and you may complain to your local data-protection authority.

Terms of Service

EntiGuard is a reminder and tracking tool. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and it doesn't prepare or file anything on your behalf. Dates come from public state rules as we understand them; states change their rules and some obligations aren't tracked, so we don't guarantee any date is complete or current — always verify the exact deadline with the official state agency before relying on it. EntiGuard cannot tell whether a filing has already been made. You remain solely responsible for your entities' compliance.

The free plan tracks one entity, with email reminders. The founding plan tracks up to 15 entities, all with reminders; it is applied to the tracker whose confirmed reminder email matches your checkout email. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy and can be cancelled at any time from the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email. After a cancellation, the plan lasts until the end of the period already paid; after that, entities you already added stay visible, but only the first one keeps getting reminders. The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from a missed filing, including where a reminder was late, inaccurate or not delivered. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country.

Governing law: Italy (the operator's country of residence), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under your own country's law.
